Extract of “General Terms and Conditions”

CANCELATIONS POLICY. - In the event that the lessee, for any reason, cancels this contract, he must pay the lessor the following percentages on the amount “Total contract” initially agreed:

With written notice more than three months before the start date of the lease: 0%
With written notice more than 1 month and less than three months before the start date: 0%
With written notice more than 7 days and less than 30 days before the start date: 25%
With written notice more than 48 hours and less than 7 days before the start date: 50%
With written notice more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours: 60%
With written notice less than 24 hours or "no show": 100%.

BOARDING & INSURANCE. - At the time of the delivery of the boat, the lessee will receive from the lessor the inventory with the detail of the material delivered to him, so that he can agree or make comments to it. Likewise, the general and particular conditions of the insurance policy available, will be delivered to lessee.
The boat has an insurance policy contracted with insurance company of recognized prestige with coverage for accidents, both of the boat itself and for civil liability and occupants, with the limitations specified in the general and particular conditions of the policy.

DEPOSIT (applicable only if rented without skipper). - The deposit received by the lessor before boarding is used to answer for any damage, loss, theft or robbery of any object not covered by the insurance company, or the delay in returning the boat.

CLEANINGNESS & SMOKING POLICY. - The boat will be delivered in perfect clean condition. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. The lessee must return the boat in good condition; case of evident dirt beyond reasonable use, especially inside the cabin, WC, presence of broken glass, liquid and or pasty spilled on the carpet, ash or cigarette butts or undesirable odors inside the cabin, etc., the lessor will have the right to charge 75 euros including VAT for cleaning.
