In case new regulations with restrictions will appear, your booking will be totally reimbursed back to you.

Is EUROSKY applying cleaning treatment to the boats?

Yes, we are, and before each and every boarding we deliver information of the cleaning process and products which were used in the disinfection treatment.

Booking Process (Before boarding)
Can I book on line or shall I call someone to formalize?

No need to call anyone, just make your booking on line, make your upfront payments easily and you will receive back confirmation and all details online.

I want to rent bareboat as i am captain (or one of the passengers is). Is my actual License valid for the rental i am interested?

Captains are welcome. In case of doubt, contact us in advance to book. However most of our yachts are below 8 meters long, therefore basic Licenses are enough. In case that when boarding we find that your License is not adequate, we will make our best efforts you provide you with a “last minute” Captain.

Can i reschedule my booking once done?

Yes, you can, subject to availability and previous agreement, we can reschedule and or modify your booking.

What is your cancellation Policy?

In case you change your mind and rescheduling will not be possible, following penalties will apply:
- With written notice more than three months before the start date of the lease: 0%
- With written notice more than 1 month and less than three months before the start date: 0%
- With written notice more than 7 days and less than 30 days before the start date: 25%
- With written notice more than 48 hours and less than 7 days before the start date: 50%
- With written notice more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours: 60%
- With written notice less than 24 hours or "no show": 100%.

What is the “adverse weather” policy of EUROSKY?

ADVERSE WEATHER: Refund of 100% or ticket for reschedule, at the discretion of the Lessor.

At the time of check in and boarding and departing
I will be the Captain, will I find tank of Fuel full of gasoline?

Not necessarily, but you will find always at last the quantity included in the rental conditions. When boarding, the content of the tank will be check and written together with our support team. At the rental completion, content of the tank will be again checked and balance will be made.

I will be the Captain, shall I go to Petrol Station and refuel in order to be in the safe side?

Yes, you can do. If you consider that you will spend more fuel than the one included in your forfeit (e.g. 4 hours: 50 liters), you can refuel the boat, after or before your departure, and a final balance of Fuel will be friendly made and we will reimburse you as appropriate. Please discuss with boarding support team

I will be the Captain, must I give a refundable security deposit to EUROSKY? If affirmative, when EUROSKY will reimburse it to me? Can I give it cash?

Yes, security deposit is a must, it will be 500 euro for most of our yachts. The deposit received by the lessor before boarding is used to answer for any damage, loss, theft or robbery of any object not covered by the insurance company, or the delay in returning the boat. The deposit will be returned to the lessee within 48 hours after the return. Yes, we prefer your security deposit in cash, so that we can refund you at the time of the checkout. Easy and clear.

I want to stay overnight in the boat, before my morning rental.

Yes, you can book online this product and stay. Subject to availability. The yacht will be moored at Puerto Banús and you can board at 23.00 p.m. the day before. Limited to 4 passengers.

When on board
How much fresh water is there on board for showers?

21 gallons (80 liters) are available on board. Enough for many showers, but not infinite.

When finishing rental
I will be the Captain, shall I go to Petrol Station and refuel?

Yes, you can do if you find the petrol station open. You can refuel the boat, after or before your departure, and a final balance of Fuel will be friendly made and we will reimburse you as appropriate. Please discuss with boarding support team.

I want to stay overnight in the boat, after my afternoon or evening rental.

Yes, you can book online this product and stay. Subject to availability. The yacht will be moored at Puerto Banús and you can stay in the boat until 08:00 a.m. of the following day. Limited to 4 passengers.

Can I take my pet on board?

Unfortunately, our boats are “pet free”

What should we bring on board?

Bring all passengers your ID documents, Captain License (when rented bareboat), and your sun tan protection creams. On board you will find all kind of drinks free for you. You can take your ice cubes with you, or you can ask us for them, as extra item that you may order

Are Crew gratuities expected?

Gratuities to captain and of boarding support team are welcome, but no obligation exists.
